Between 29 November and 04 December 2010, ICPE conducted a training programme in cooperation with NIFM – National Institute of Financial Management, Faridabad, India, an autonomous institute of the Ministry of Finance, Government of India. Twenty-one representatives of diverse institutions of the Indian government (central government, as well as local governments) participated in a training on Budgeting, Accounting and Financial Management. In the course of the programme, they attended several lectures by acknowledged representatives of the academia, as well as government representatives, while they visited some of the most relevant Slovenian institutions in this fields. Among others, they were received at the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology by State Secretary, Dr József Györkös, and in the Bank of Slovenia by Vice Governor, Mr Darko Bohnec.
