Mr Andrew K. Slome, General Manager of Sugar Beach Resort in Mauritius visited ICPE

ICPE Director General Dr. Šalej met with Mr Andrew K. Slome, General Manager of Sugar Beach Resort in Mauritius. Dr. Šalej presented to him the history of ICPE and its current and future activities, strategies, educational programmes, partners etc. Furthermore, they discused about potential fields of collaboration between Mauritius and ICPE. DG also presented ICPE’s strong cooperation with India, since by Mr. Slome’s opinion the two main population groups in Mauritius are the ethnic Indians (about 68 percent of the population). Mr Slome told a little more about the educational system, and added that the most actual these days are technical schools and undergraduate education.

At the end they both agreed that the best way to start mutual collaboration is through the maintenance of interaction, while exploring other fields of possible mutual interests.
