Official visit of Mr. Blaž Kavčič, the president of National Council of RS, and delegation

The president of National Council of RS, Mr. Blaž Kavčič, and delegation paid an official visit to ICPE, where DG of ICPE Dr. Šalej first of all gave a short presentation of ICPE activities, mission and vision and plans, then the president Mr. Kavčič presented his views on the state of Country’s weelbeing we are now at and his concrete proposals for its improvement.

Amb. Dragan, Special Advisor to DG of ICPE, exposed the importance of proactive role of ICPE in the larger scale, Dr. Vratuša, Honorary President of ICPE, told a few words from his perspective of the ICPE and expressed his satisfaction with where it is going. Dr. Podobnik, Director of ECPD, who collaborates with ICPE closely, presented his role and some environmental projects all the participants highly approve. ICPE can certainly assist to the initiative of the president of the National Council with all kinds of professional case studies to put project into action. The visit was very productive and has established interesting fields of cooperation for the future.
