Mr Janez Podobnik, ICPE Acting Director General and Mr Tomaž Rogelj, ICPE Executive Manager will on 20th and 21st of January 2014 visit New Delhi and on 23rd and 24th of January as co- organisers participate at the International Conference on "Public – Private Partnership: The Need of the Hour” in Hyderabad.
On 21 January 2014 Mr Podobnik and Mr Rogelj will meet with the newly appointed Secretary, Department of Public Enterprises, Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises, Ms. Kusumjit Sidhu. ICPE will present the programme for the first half of the year 2014. Furthermore, they will also meet with Dr S. K. Sarkar, Secretary of Department of Personnel and Training (DOPT), Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions in order to discuss the International training programmes for Indian high official participants from public as well as private sector.
ICPE, together with Dr Nevenka Hrovatin, Programme Director of the International MBA, Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana (FELU) will present the joint ICPE-FELU MBA programme for the academic year 2014/2015, which was successfully revitalised last year.
The International Conference on "Public – Private Partnership: The Need of the Hour” in Hyderabad will be organised in cooperation with Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE). At the International Conference a group of high level experts at the international level will participate as well as representatives of Slovenian technological companies; namely, Robotina, Hidria, etc.
Within the framework of the official visit ICPE will also meet with Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI) in order to further implement the points agreed in the MoU, signed on 19 December 2013 between the two institutions.
