Indian journalists paid a visit to ICPE

On Tuesday, 31 May 2011, the 6 Indian journalists paid a visit to ICPE. The delegation of Indian journalist was represented by Ms Preeti Mehra Pillai, Hindu Business Line, Mr Uday K. Chakraborty, Mr Shahid Pervez, The Statesman, Ms Saba Rahman, Indian Express, Mr Deepak Lokhande, Daily News and Analysis and Mr Kalyan Ray, Deccan Herald.

The delegation of Indian journalist, hosted by the Goverment Communication Office of Slovenia, arrived in Slovenia on a study visit and will be here until Friday, 3 June 2011. Meantime, they will meet with representatives of the Slovenian government and the economy (Mr. Borut Pahor, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia, Dr Franc Križanič, Minister of finance of the Republic of Slovenia, Mrs Darja Radić, MSc, Minister of the Economy of the Republic of Slovenia, Mr Patrik Vlačič, Minister of Transport of the Republic of Slovenia, Mr Dorijan Marušič, Minister of Health of the Republic of Slovenia, Mr Igor Plestenjak, Director JAPTI, Mr. Samo Hribar Milič, General Manager of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia, visit the Port of Koper) and visit the tourist attractions of Slovenia.

During the visit at ICPE, the Indian journalists were firstly welcomed by ICPE DG Dr Šalej, who said a few words about ICPE. Dr Vratuša, Honorary President of ICPE Council continued with the short presentation of history of ICPE and Mr Tomaž Rogelj, ICPE Executive Manager presented the past and current activities of ICPE.
