ICPE discussed PSE in Brazil
Dr Murilo Barella, Director General of the Department of Coordination and Governance of State Enterprises, Ministry of Planning, invited Dr Štefan Bogdan Šalej, ICPE Director General, to an international conference "International Experiences on the State Enterprises Coordination" held on February 8, 2012. In the auditorium with more than 100 managers of the public sector enterprises and government officers, Dr Šalej explained the different models as also led a four hour discussion with the participants over the issue.
The topics such as the strategic planning of PSE in different countries, internationalization, cooperation with private sector and government by acts were the highest interest of the participants. ICPE was highly praised as a knowledge base for PSE/SOE among participants and will supply the participants with different studies on the referred issue.
