On 22 February 2011 HE Ms. Débora Vainer Barenboim, Ambassador of Brazil, held a lecture on Diplomatic Protocol for ICPE’s staff and the staff of the Embassy of Brazil.
Ambassador Barenboim kindly shared her rich and profound experiences, clarified some of the touchy issues of diplomacy and protocol and explained the basic rules, which are in practice often neglected.
The lecture was carried out inm the most professional and lucid manner and all the attendees find it truly useful.
